See below for best practices when using NFC:
- Double check the location of the NFC tag on the Delta Controls device and your smartphone reader. If you don't know where the NFC is located on your phone, you can look it up online.
Location of NFC tags on Delta Controls devices
- Make sure you place your phone directly above the NFC tag and do not move your phone until the successful message displays. Some users have better success when they rest their phones directly on the surface of the device.
- If you have a phone case, you may have more issues successfully connecting. Remove your phone case and try again.
- Make sure the values are written to the device as intended when using NFC to write values. It is recommended to wait approximately 10 seconds before peforming a second read with Proviso.
